How is this different from a knowledge base?
A knowledge base stores your content. The LMS turns that content into structured learning. Build courses from articles, assign them to employees, check understanding with quizzes and follow the results — all in one connected application.
Do employees need separate accounts?
No. The app opens inside Bitrix24 and uses the employee’s existing account. Administrators manage application access and roles.
Can I assign a course to a whole department?
Yes. Assign training to individuals, Bitrix24 departments or all active employees. Enable dynamic department membership to automatically enroll new matching employees.
Which languages does the app support?
The current Knowledgebase24-LMS interface is in English, as shown above. You can write articles, course content and questions in the language your team uses.
How does billing work?
Usage is paid for with in-app Credits. The app is listed in Bitrix24 Market as free to install with in-app purchases. Check the current terms in the marketplace listing and the billing section before rolling out training.
Does it work with Bitrix24 On-Premise?
On-Premise installations need an HTTPS REST endpoint accessible to the app, with the required methods and permissions. For restricted networks or older Bitrix24 versions, check compatibility with EMCsoft before installation.
